Before we start mixing, we always take away all those unwanted and annoying breaths that can ruin the great vocals you just recorded. Mixing is the step many new beginners tend to miss. Think of mixing as if you were cooking a meal, where you would take all your ingredients and throw them in the pot, just because you did that doesn't mean your are done cooking. In mixing, you have to play with plugins and the volumes levels until you acquire your desired sound. (music production)
